MovitOn Raises $2M to Build the Web3 Alternative to DHL and FedEx
MovitOn, the Web3 decentralised logistics platform, has completed a $2 million community pre-sale round, marking a significant step in its ambition to reshape international shipping and last-mile delivery through blockchain technology, artificial intelligence (AI), and peer-to-peer (P2P) delivery networks.
The round, which closed in February 2026, will fund development of the platform's core features, including its proprietary MovitBox™ smart IoT terminals and AI-driven compliance systems. A mainnet launch is scheduled for later this year, with a TESTNET rollout planned for April 2026 and a mobile application beta to follow.
Erik Beken Tleubeck, Founder of MovitOn, said the raise confirmed the appetite for a decentralised alternative to conventional carriers. "Global logistics has needed more attention and care for decades, and now we're finally witnessing its transformation. This $2 million pre-sale validates our vision: every traveller can become a trusted courier, and every user can ship globally without barriers. Community support confirms the demand for a decentralised, AI-powered logistics solution that addresses the inefficiencies and restrictions inherent in traditional shipping services," he said.
MovitOn's platform connects senders directly with travellers via blockchain smart contracts and AI matching, creating what the company describes as a zero-trust ecosystem for secure, cost-effective delivery. The company claims its model can deliver cost savings of up to 75% against traditional carriers such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx, while enabling same-day delivery — including on weekends and public holidays when conventional services are unavailable.
Central to the offering is MovitBoX technology, which eliminates in-person handovers by using AI-driven security scanners and smart contracts to ensure tamper-proof package transfers. An AI compliance engine runs alongside, designed to navigate complex international shipping regulations and adapt dynamically as jurisdictional rules change.
Vadim Andryan, Co-Founder and Chief Architect at MovitOn, pointed to operational failings in the incumbent industry as the core rationale for the platform. "Traditional logistics providers fail time and again to address the operational pain points: weekend availability, prohibitive costs, extended delivery timelines, restrictive policies governing permissible items, and the list goes on. MovitOn resolves all primary challenges simultaneously. We are constructing an entire Web3 ecosystem that bridges Web2 users into the decentralised economy, while delivering tangible value through our real-world asset transformation model," he said.
The MVON token underpins the MovitOn ecosystem, functioning as the primary payment method, enabling escrow transactions, and granting governance rights to holders. The tokenomics structure includes deflationary mechanisms through quarterly token burns, staking rewards, and loyalty programmes to sustain participation and drive ecosystem growth.
After the pre-sale close, MovitOn is focusing on strategic markets across the UAE, the MENA region, Europe, Asia, and CIS countries, with broader global expansion planned as the network matures.
